MEAT GRINDER
«KEBBE» ATTACHMENT
Kebbe is a traditional Arabic dish consisting
of hollow meat tubes, which are then stuffed and
fried. It is usually prepared from lamb and wheat
groats, which are twisted into a homogeneous minced meat.
Ingredients for the shell:
• lean meat – 450 g
• flour – 150-200 g
• crushed nutmeg – 1 pc.
• salt, pepper, spices to taste
Ingredients for the filling:
• Lamb – 100 g
• olive oil– 1,5 tbsp. l.
• chopped onionенный –1,5 tbsp. l.
• flour– 1,5 tbsp. l.
• salt, spices to taste
Preparation:
1. Pass the meat through the meat grinder 3 times.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a container.
3. Disassemble the meat grinder by doing steps 1-6 from the «Assembling the device»
section in reverse order (before removing the grill and knife).
4. Install the «Kebbe» attachmentand the locking ring on the auger. Make sure that the
ledge on the border coincides with the grooves of the attachment. Assemble the meat
grinder back (see the section «Assembling the device»).
5. Ass the pre-prepared minced meat through the «Kebbe» cooking attachment from
the prepared shell mixture. Use a pusher. Cut the finished tubes of the desired length.
6. Fill the tubes with filling and seal their ends. Fry the Kebbe in oil.
