MEAT GRINDER
4. Place the cutting blade onto the snake shaft with
the blade facing the front as illustrated (fig.4). If
it is not fitted properly, meat will not be grinded.
5. Place the desired cutting plate next to the cutting
blade, fitting protrusions in the slot (fig.5).
6. Support or press the centre of the cutting plate
with one finger then screw the fixing ring tight
with another hand (fig.6). Do not over tighten.
7. Place the meat grinder on a flat, hard surface.
The air holes located at the bottom and on the
sides of the housing must be open.
GRINDING OF PRODUCTS
ATTENTION! Do not use frozen meat, it should be thawed beforehand.

Cut the meat (other products) into small pieces that pass freely through the
opening of the tray into the loading neck.

Fully unwind the power cord and plug it into an outlet. Turn on the meat grinder
by pressing the “On/Off” button.

Put the pieces of meat in the tray. To feed the meat into the cutting chamber, use
a pusher as shown in (fig.7).

After the operation is completed, turn off the device and disconnect it from the
mains.
ATTENTION! During the operation of the meat grinder, the auger will start
moving in the cutting chamber - this is the norm and is not a malfunction. Do not
tighten the lock very tightly to eliminate this movement, this may cause damage
to the device.
ATTENTION! If the meat grinder works, but the minced meat does not come
out through the grill due to the fact that it is clogged, it is necessary to turn off the
grinder, disconnect it from the power supply, disassemble and clean the cutting
chamber of the grinder and the grill.
REVERSE MODE
If the meat is stuck during the operation of the meat grinder, then turn it off and wait
for the motor to stop completely. Without disconnecting the meat grinder from the power
supply, turn on the reverse function by pressing the “Reverse” button. The rotation of
the screw will occur in the opposite direction, which will allow you to clean the cutting
chamber of the meat grinder. If this does not help, disconnect the device from the power
supply to disassemble the camera and clean it manually.
