Open Wiring
The device comes with a detachable power cord. Connect the cable connector to
the mating connector on the back of the device. Connect the device to the power
supply. Surplus cable can be stored in the recess in the device casing where the
power connector is located.
The cable supplied with the device can be substituted with one of a different length or
color provided that it meets the following requirements:
• The plug must comply with the C4
standard in accordance with the
international standard CEE 7/7,
• The cable outlet must comply with
IEC 60320-2-3-2017 C13 female,
• The cable must have a three-wire
design with each wire having
a cross-section of at least 1 mm2.
Concealed Wiring
In a concealed (flush) wiring connection, the power — supply line is laid inside the
walls or structural units of the building.
Before performing installation work, consult with a specialist about the possibility of
connecting hidden wiring to the place where the device is intended to be installed
and operated, and carry out the necessary preparatory work.
In accordance with electrical safety rules, concealed wiring must allow for the
possibility of complete disconnection from the electrical network.
If you do not have sufficient experience in this area, request a qualified electrician
in order to avoid electric shocks and damage to the device.
