Operational lifetime
The G4 coarse filter traps large particles such as fluff, hair fibers, soot and coarse
dust.
It is recommended to clean it once every 3 months. The filter should be cleaned
using a vacuum cleaner with a soft nozzle, to avoid mechanical damage to the
filtering material.
The filter can be washed in water using an odorless liquid detergent. Do not wring
out the filter, as this may damage the filtering material. Do not accelerate the drying
process with drying and heating devices.
Please follow the instructions below to replace the G4 filter:

Switch the device to Standby mode.
Disconnect the device from the power supply.
Remove the maintenance panel by pulling it towards you and then turn it over.

Turn the latches to remove the G4 filter-unit cover.

Remove the G4 filter housing from the device. The G4 filter housing consists of
two halves. To disassemble the G4 filter housing, grip the top part of the housing
with one hand and the bottom part of the G4 filter housing with the other hand,
slide the housing relative to each other along the length of the G4 filter housing.
Do not throw away the G4 filter casing, it is not a replacement part.

Take the new G4 filter out of the packaging.
Insert the G4 filter into the casing and install it in the device.
Reinstall the G4 filter-unit cover.
Turn the latches to press the cover in place.
Reinstall the maintenance panel.
Connect the device to a power supply.
Switch the device to Operating mode.
