Troubleshooting
Error/Warning indicator notifies you of abnormal operation of the device.
The device is not connected to a power supply
The socket is not providing power
Power board malfunction
1.
Connect the device to a power supply.
2.
Make sure the power supply is working correctly
(connect a device that you know is functional).
Unplug the device and contact the Service Center.
The device is operating normally.
When the device is connected to a power supply, the sensors are initialized. The
initialization process lasts a maximum of 1 minute.

If the indication does not disappear after 1 minute, please contact the Tion Smart
microclimate JSC service department or the nearest authorized service center.

The inlet air temperature is above the
maximum allowable value
Wait until the ambient conditions
match the operating conditions of
the device.
СС02
The inlet air temperature is below the
minimum allowable value
If this does not resolve the issue,
please make note of the error code
and contact Tion Smart Microclimate
Customer Service or your nearest
authorized service center.
Control system error
Malfunction of one of the electronic components

Write down the error cod.
2.
Disconnect the device from the power supply for 10–15 seconds
and then reconnect it.
If the error persists, write down the warning code (shown on the URC display or
the mobile apps). Contact Tion Smart Microclimate Customer Service or your
nearest authorized service center.
