Each PCIe slot coming from the CPU is categorized as it’s own individual VMD
Domain, with the exception of PCIEX16(G5)_6, M.2_1, and M.2_2 - these three
form their own VMD Domain. If you wish to create a bootable RAID using the
PCIe slots from CPU or PCIe from the PCH, you can only do so on individual
VMD Domains, for more information please refer to the table below:

Q-Code LED
The Q-Code LED design provides you with a 2-digit error code that displays the
system status.

The Q-Code LEDs provide the most probable cause of an error code as a starting
point for troubleshooting. The actual cause may vary from case to case.
•
When the BMC switch (BMC_SW) is set to disabled, the Q-Code LED will display the
CPU temperature after the booting into the OS. Q-codes will still be displayed prior to
booting into the OS.
