SELF-DIAGNOSIS
The washing machine has an internal diagnostic system, which, in caseof minor mal-
functions associated with improper operation, helps to determine their causes.

The problem with the
control board
Switch off the appliance, close the water tap and disconnect the
appliance from the mains (unplug).
Please contact the aftersales service!
Е1
Water overtime
Please check the water supply and ensure that the water drain hose
is correctly connected. It’s possible that the water level sensor is not
functioning properly.
E 2
Abnormal water drainage
Check the drain hose and straighten it if needed. Also, rinse it if
necessary. Remove and rinse the pump filter as well.

Door lock malfunction
Check if the door is properly closed.
E 4
Water level sensor
malfunction
Switch off the appliance, close the water tap and disconnect the
appliance from the mains (unplug). Please contact the aftersales
service!

Washing motor failure
Wait for the engine to cool down before starting it again.
If the issue persists, please contact our service center for assistance
with diagnosis and repair.

Water heating error
Switch off the appliance, close the water tap and disconnect the
appliance from the mains (unplug). Please contact the aftersales
service!

Temperature sensor
malfunction
Switch off the appliance, close the water tap and disconnect the
appliance from the mains (unplug). Please contact the aftersales

Disconnect the device from the power supply for a few minutes and
then reconnect it.

error
If the issue persists, please contact our service center for assistance
with diagnosis and repair.

Inverter communication
failure
Switch off the appliance, close the water tap and disconnect the
appliance from the mains (unplug). Please contact the aftersales
service!
Disconnect the device from the power supply for a few minutes and
then reconnect it.
Check the integrity of the wiring.
