8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Probable cause/remedy
Washing machine will not turn on
• Power plug not fully inserted into the socket.
• Poor electric contact.
• Power failure or system fuse blown.
Program execution will not start
- Door not fully closed.
- ON/OFF button not pressed.
- Start/Pause button not pressed.
- Water supply valve closed, no water intake into the machine. Delayed Start activated.
Machine will not fill water in or error
code «Е02» on the display
- Water supply hose jammed/kinked/twisted.
- Water supply tube not connected to water supply line.
- Water pressure too low. Water supply valve closed.
- No water in the supply system.
- Intake valve filter blocked.
- Start/Pause button not pressed.
Machine constantly fills and drains
water or water stays in the drum or
washing program stops
• Uppermost point of drain hose located too low. It should be located at 65 to 100 cm above the floor. Wrong drain hose
connection to sink/sewage header, causing a back flow into the machine.
• The drain hose end should be placed above the sink bottom to prevent water from flowing back.
• Drain hose end inserted too deep into the sewage pipe.
Machine will not drain water or spin
or error code «Е0З» on the display.
- Pump filter blocked.
- Drain hose kinked/twisted.
- Hose end plugs not removed during installation.
- Drain hose or sink/sewage header blocked.
No spinning
Drying speed set to «0».
Lengthy program duration
Program duration depends on system water pressure and temperature, the amount of foam and the balance during
spinning.
Strong vibration during spinning
- Machine not leveled.
- Transport bolts not removed.
- Machine touches furniture and/or walls.
- Load imbalanced.
SMART mode will not activate
• A mode other than SMART was selected after machine startup. Turn machine off and press SMART.
• Load imbalanced.
Noise during operation
Some noises may be emitted by the motor, pump and water flow.
Machine will not spin
Load imbalanced. Machine will not switch to high spinning rpm to avoid damage.
Imbalance can be caused by washing a single heavy item (e.g. padded garment, patchwork blanket, etc.). Try the
program once again with a different load.
Leak from the detergent tray
• Detergent tray compartments clogged with detergent and require cleaning.
• Water pressure too high. Pressure needs to be reduced.
• Machine slanted forward.
Other leaks
• Water supply tube fittings loose. Check the machine body and tap fittings.
• If the fittings are tight but still leak, replace gaskets in the tube connections.
• Drain hose incorrectly fastened.
Smell
Run the «Drum Cleaning» program.
Door will not open
The door will not open until the lock icon on the control panel goes out after program completion.
Low water level during washing
The level is normal if it is visible in the lower part of the door glass.
Too much foam
• Detergent is not suitable for machine washing (it should be marked «For washing machines» or «Machine wash»).
• Too much detergent used.
• Less detergent is required if the water is soft.
Miscellaneous
Your washing machine is equipped with sensors that monitor the washing cycle processes and parameters (e.g. water
level, temperature, load balance, time / stages).
