Mix the flour with vanilla sugar. Add some milk and
mix thoroughly. Add the yolks and remaining milk. Mix
thoroughly to homogeneous dough. Add butter and
carefully mix in the whipped whites.

You can decorate the ready waffles with powdered
sugar.

salt and baking soda, on the tip of a teaspoon

Whip the eggs with sugar and salt. Mix the flour with
baking soda, add the sour cream. Mix all ingredients
adding milk to the consistency of sour cream.

FOOD COOKING WITH THE GRILL

Cream waffles

ATTENTION! Beware of steam output from the gaps
between the operating surfaces (9), do not touch and
do not place open parts of your body near the gaps
between the frying plates (4).

Whip the yolks with cold milk. Slowly add flour and
baking powder, then add butter, vanilla sugar and salt,
and then add whipped egg whites.

Frying time depends on the products used.

Do not open the grill after switching it on, the frying

cooking; keeping products in the operating grill for
a long time can cause their ignition.
