Before you take the iron away for storage, make
sure that there is no water in the water tank (10) and
that the iron soleplate (13) is completely dry.
CLEANING AND CARE
For environment protection do not throw out the unit
and the batteries (if included), do not discard the unit
and the batteries with usual household waste after the
service life expiration; apply to specialized centers for
further recycling.
The waste generated during the disposal of the unit is
subject to mandatory collection and consequent dis
posal in the prescribed manner.
For further information about recycling of this prod
uct apply to a local municipal administration, a dis
posal service or to the shop where you purchased this
product.

Before cleaning the iron, make sure that it is
unplugged and has cooled down completely.

Wipe the iron body with a slightly damp cloth and
then wipe it dry.

You can remove dirt from the iron soleplate with
special detergents.

After removing scale, polish the iron soleplate sur
face with a dry cloth.
••
Do not use abrasive substances and solvents to
clean the iron soleplate and body.
••
Avoid contact of the iron soleplate with sharp metal
objects.
STORAGE
The manufacturer preserves the right to change
design, structure and specifications not affecting gen
eral principles of the unit operation without a prelimi
nary notification due to which insignificant differences
between the manual and product may be observed.
If the user reveals such differences, please report
them via e-mail info@vitek.ru for receipt of an updated
manual.

Press and hold the control button (11) to turn off the
iron. Turn the constant steam supply regulator (3)
to the position
– steam supply is off. Remove
the plug of the power cord from the electrical outlet.

Put the iron vertically and let it cool down completely.
••
Open the water inlet lid (2), turn over the iron and
drain any remaining water from the water tank (10).
••
Close the lid (2).
••
Keep the unit out of reach of children and disabled
persons.
Guarantee
Details regarding guarantee conditions can be ob
tained from the dealer from whom the appliance was
purchased. The bill of sale or receipt must be produced
when making any claim under the terms of this guar
antee.
