Possible causes
Problem
The dishwasher is not
connected to your wireless
network.
Connect the dishwasher to your
wireless network. See the
chapter WiFi connection.
The dishwasher's network
symbol
does not appear on
the display.
Activate WiFi connection.
WiFi connection is deactivated.

WiFi connection.
Connection setup
Failed
Check that the router is
connected to the internet.
The dishwasher cannot access
your wireless network. Or the
router is not connected to the
internet.
Make sure your wireless network
is using 2.4 GHz and is visible.
Try moving the router closer to
the dishwasher if the signal is
too weak.

If the problem persists, contact
your nearest service centre.
Add device
Failed
Check that the router is
connected to the internet.
Your smartphone/tablet is not
connected to your wireless
network. Or the router is not
connected to the internet.
Check that your
smartphone/tablet is connected
to your wireless network.
