• Check that the connected device is
compliant with the Thunderbolt™ 4
specification. The Thunderbolt™ 4
upstream port (video and data) with
icon supports USB 3.2 Gen2 and
an output of 90 W.
• Check that you use the Thunderbolt™
4 passive cable shipped with your
monitor.
• Check that your computer is super
speed USB 10 Gbps (USB 3.2 Gen2)-
compatible.
