5 How to use the hob

*(This feature is optional. It may not exist on your
product.)
In the off (upper) position, gas is not supplied to the
cooking zones.
4. Display
The timer does not affect the functions of the prod
uct. It is only used as a warning. The timer clock
will give a signal once the time you set is over. No
symbol will appear on the display when the timer
is off.
Igniting the gas burners
1. Keep burner knob pressed.
2. Rotate counterclockwise to the 9th level
» Gas is ignited with the spark created.
To activate the timer, touch the on/off key for about
3 seconds. Use (+) and (-) keys to set the time after
which the alarm will sound. If you keep the keys
pressed, the minutes will increase faster or be re
set.
3. Adjust it to the desired cooking power.
Turning off the gas burners
Countdown will start in 3 seconds. When there is
1 minute left, the countdown will continue in sec
onds (59, 58, 57,...).
Turn the keep warm zone knob to off (upper) po
sition.
To cancel the timer, touch the on/off key for about
3 seconds.
Residual heat indicator (This feature is optional. It may
not exist on your product.)

In the event of the burner flames be
ing accidentally extinguished, turn
off the burner control and do not
attempt to re-ignite the burner for at
least 1 min.
Illuminated control panel (This feature is optional. It may
not exist on your product.)
Depending on the model, your product may come
with an illumination feature on the control panel. In
this case, the selected level and the lower levels will
be illuminated, and as you set the product to lower
levels, the light of higher levels will go out.
1. Hob hot ( Residual heat ) indicator light
There is a residual heat indicator on the control
panel of your hob that shows if each cooking zone
is hot or not. If the indicator is on, this means that
the hob is still hot. In this case, do not touch the
hob. The indicator light will go off when the hob is
cold enough.
Timer (This feature is optional. It may not exist on your
product.)
