Q2. What should I do if I can't hear any sound when connecting my docking station?
The laptop’s computing system automatically selects either the HDMI or 3.5mm
audio port to output an audio signal when attached to the docking station. You
can enter the "Sound settings" of your respective device to select the correspond-
ing output.
Notices
· For the safety of data, please do not directly disconnect the storage device from
this product. Before disconnecting, please safely remove the programme.
· Do not throw or drop the product or subject it to strong physical shock.
· Do not dismantle or fix the product by yourself, please contact UGREEN after-sales
service if necessary.
· When not in use for a long time, please carefully store the product to avoid dust
and humidity.
· Please keep out of reach of children and pets.
