Interval training
This feature is available for some workouts. On the watch, you can directly edit the
training stage, rest stage and loops of interval training. When you use interval training,
it will be performed according to settings you did. After this stage is completed, the
training automatically goes to the next stage.
You can edit the training stages and rest stages by distance, time, and loops as well
as in a customized way. The items for editing vary according to the workout.

Navigation
Import track to watch
Track files in GPX, TCX, KML and other formats can be uploaded to the Zepp App,
and then sent to the device through the App, and the route can be viewed on the
device and used for navigation.
Setup steps: Track file > open via Zepp app > Save track > Send to device
Save current location
In workout modes that support navigation, the coordinates of the current location can
be saved and used in navigation.
Setting steps: before/during workout > Navigation > Save current location.
Track navigation
You can enter through my route or my location point, select the target track or
location point to start track navigation, and after enabling it, the track page will give
you the correct route guidance. This feature is only available for some outdoor
activities.
Setup steps: Workout mode > Navigation > My Route/My location> Select Track >

Turn by turn navigation
When route navigation is enabled, turning on navigation alerts will provide reminders
at route turns. This feature is only available for some outdoor activities.
