Solutions
The vacuum cleaner
does not turn on
- Power cord is not fully
plugged into the outlet.
- The outlet is damaged
- The vacuum cleaner is
not switched on
- Check that the vacuum
cleaner is plugged in
correctly
- Check that the outlet is
working
- Switch on the vacuum
cleaner
Suction power is weaker
- A blockage or obstruction
in the appliance
- Dust cup needs cleaning
- Inlet filters need cleaning
- Exhaust filters need
cleaning
- Turn off the vacuum cleaner
and unplug it
- Check the telescopic tube,
flexible hose and brush or
cleaning tool for blockages
or obstructions
- Check that the dust cup is
not full. Empty if necessary
- Check that the inlet filters
are not clogged and clean
them if necessary
- Check that the exhaust
filters are not clogged and
clean them if necessary
The power cable is not
wound fully
The cable may diverge
from the cable wheel
Pull out the cable to a length
of 2-3 m and press the cord
rewind pedal to rewind
Suction power control
does not work
The appliance is faulty
Repair the appliance (only
qualified specialist)
Power cord winds
unwanted back
Rewind mechanism is
defective
Repair the appliance (only
qualified specialist)
Dust cup can't be set
in its place
Inlet filters are set
incorrectly
Set the input filters correctly
and try again
Warning
If the power cord is damaged, It must be replaced by the manufacturer or ATVEL Service Agent
or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
