Parameters for internet access are provided by your ISP. Contact your ISP for any doubts.

To access the internet settings page, log in to the web UI, and navigate to Internet Settings.

The following page is displayed.

Indicates the internet connection status.

⚫ Connected: The internet connection is successful.

Network Status

⚫ Other information (for example, No Ethernet cable is connected to the WAN port):

The internet connection failed. Perform troubleshooting according to the tips
displayed.

Connected time
Indicates the network connection time of the router.
