• When cleaning the panels with knob-con-
trol, wipe the panel and knobs with a
damp soft cloth and dry with a dry cloth.
Do not remove the knobs and gaskets un-
derneath to clean the panel. The control
panel and knobs may be damaged.
• While cleaning the inox panels with knob
control, do not use inox cleaning agents
around the knob. The indicators around
the knob can be erased.
• Clean the touch control panels with a
damp soft cloth and dry with a dry cloth.
If your product has a key lock feature, set
the key lock before performing control
panel cleaning. Otherwise, incorrect de-
tection may occur on the keys.

Troubleshooting
If the problem persists after following the
instructions in this section, contact your
vendor or an Authorized Service. Never try
to repair your product yourself.
There is no gas.
• Main gas valve is closed. >>> Open the
gas valve.
• The gas pipe is bent. >>> Install the gas
pipe properly.
The product does not work.
• Fuse may be faulty or blown. >>> Check
the fuses in the fuse box. Change them if
necessary or reactivate them.
• The appliance may not be plugged to the
(grounded) outlet. >>> Check if the appli-
ance is plugged in to the outlet.
• (If there is timer on your appliance) Keys
on the control panel do not work. >>> If
your product has a key lock, the key lock
may be enabled, disable the key lock.
Burners are not burning properly or at all.
• The burners are dirty. >>> Clean the
burner parts.
• Burners are wet. >>> Dry the burner parts.
• Burner cap is not mounted safely. >>>
Place the burner cap properly.
• Gas valve is closed. >>> Open the gas
valve.
• Gas cylinder is empty (when using LPG).
>>> Replace the gas cylinder.
There is no ignition spark.
• There is no current. >>> Check the fuses
in the fuse box.
