Cause and troubleshooting
E:30 -10 /
The water pressure is low.
Check whether the tap has sufficient water pressure.
The water level measuring system is defective.
With this error message, the appliance starts a draining
process.
1. Wait approx. 5 minutes until the draining process
ends.
2. Restart the appliance.
If required, start the draining process again.
3. If the fault persists, call customer service.

Detergent dosage is too high.
Reduce the amount of detergent for the next wash-
ing cycle with the same load.
Additional water has been added.
Do not add any extra water to the appliance while it
is operating.
All other error codes.
Malfunction
1. Press and hold Mini Load and Silent Wash for
3 seconds to restart the appliance.
2. If the fault occurs again, disconnect the appliance
from the power supply for at least 30 seconds.
Unplug the appliance from the mains or switch off the
circuit breaker in the fuse box.
3. If the fault persists, call customer service.
