Scan document by camera and create note
1 Open Notes, tap .
2 Tap > Scan document.
3 Choose the images or documents that you need to scan, and tap for scanning the single page or multiple pages continuously.
Create Notes with Voice on Exterior Screen
to begin recording your note verbally.
1 On the exterior screen, go to Notes and tap
again to stop recording.
2 Tap
3 Your voice is instantly converted to text as you speak. Tap to keep your note.
4 To listen to your recording, tap
. During playback, tap on any text to jump to that
point in the recording. You can also click on the progress bar to locate the
corresponding text.
5 If the recording captures multiple speakers, the note will automatically identify and
differentiate them based on their voiceprints. Tap Show speakers for details, or tap a
speaker’s avatar to rename them.
You can resume recording on the exterior screen after unfolding. Switching from the interior to
the exterior screen also allows you to continue recording seamlessly.
Manage Notes
You can categorize your notes into different folders, delete unwanted items, and share your
notes with others.
When viewing notes, tap the status bar at the top of the screen to quickly return to the first
item or the beginning of the item you are viewing.
