Add tags to Doc

1 In the document list, you can long press a document or file and tap
to select all and tags together.

Share Docs

Print documents
Open the created document, tap All tools > Print in the bottom right corner. Follow the
on-screen instructions and your personal needs to complete the printing process.
Rename Docs
In the document list, you can long press a document or file and tap
> Rename to
rename the document or folder.
Delete Docs
to delete it.

File Sync
Sync Honor Docs to cloud, easily accessing and managing your documents across all your
Honor devices.
1 Go to Honor Docs and find the document list. Long press a document or folder, then tap Move at the bottom of the screen.
2 Select My files，tap to move the document or folder to My files.
3 The document or folder will automatically sync from your phone to the cloud during the
move process.
4 Once completed, you can view and manage them by going to Honor Docs > My
documents or Files > My files on any device logged in to the same Honor ID.
