• Honor ID sync: Log in to your Honor ID on your old phone and sync the notes data from
your old phone to the cloud. Log in to the same Honor ID on your new phone to sync the
Notes data.
• Device Clone: You can use Device Clone to migrate Notes and other data from your old
phone to your new one.
• Data backup: By backing up via an external storage device, you can back up data to an
external memory card or USB storage device and restore it in the phone's external
storage after the backup is complete.
• Honor Share: Select the notes you need to share and quickly migrate them to your new
phone via Honor Share.
Notes Format Conversion
When migrating notes from an old phone to a new phone, notes labeled “notes” in the
phone do not require any format conversion. If in the phone they are labeled “memos” (old
format notes), they can only be viewed initially. To enable editing, these notes will need to
be converted to the new format.
Open Notes, in the All notes interface, tap
to see Old notes.
• Convert all: open Old notes > CONVERT ALL > CONVERT，and after conversion, Old
notes will disappear.
• Convert one by one: When opening an old-format note for the first time, there will be an
instruction of Convert this note，and you can tap CONVERT. If you don’t convert the
format after seeing the instruction, the note that you open only supports Delete and
Convert format，not editing. You can edit it only after format conversion.
AI Notes
AI Notes can intelligently analyze the notes' content and generate summaries, meeting
minutes, etc.
AI Summary
1 Open the note you wish to summarize.
2 Tap , and open AI Notes.
3 Tap AI Summary, a summary of the notes will be generated in a conversational format based on the current text content.
Your text must be at least 200 words to utilize this feature.
AI Minutes

During the meeting, you can record audio notes. After the meeting, tap
in the
notes, and open AI Notes.
