Open Camera, select the PHOTO or PORTRAIT mode, and tap
to switch to the
front camera.
2 Tap > Smart capture to turn on Gesture control.
3 Return to the preview screen and raise your entire palm up (fingertips up, palm facing
the screen) close to your face at a distance of about 20 cm from the screen and hold it
for a moment to ensure that the front camera recognizes the entire palm.
4 After the front camera recognizes the gesture, wait for a countdown of 2 seconds and
the photo will be captured automatically.
Use HDR to Take Photos
When shooting photos with backlighting or a high light contrast, High Dynamic Range
(HDR) mode can help you improve light and shadow effects in your photos, giving your
photos sharper details.
1 Go to Camera and select PHOTO mode.
2 Touch > HDR.
3 Steady your phone.
4 Touch to take a photo.
Use Pro Mode to Shoot Like a Pro
Pro mode lets you fine-tune photos and videos and gives you full control over ISO
sensitivity, focus mode, and more when taking photos or recording videos.
Photography with the Pro mode
1 Go to Camera and select the PRO mode.
2 You can set the following parameters:
