If a message appears on the control panel, select the message from the list below, and check how to troubleshoot the
problem.
An incompatible toner cartridge has been inserted, so color printing is currently unavailable.(P. 490)
An incompatible toner cartridge is inserted. Cannot use the Print function with this toner cartridge.
